½ cup coconut water
½ cup Greek yoghurt (or coconut yoghurt for dairy-free)
½ cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
Toppings: shredded coconut, granola, fresh berries, chia seeds
Method:
Blend the frozen mango, pineapple, and coconut water until smooth.
Add the yoghurt and blend again until creamy.
Pour the mixture into a bowl and top with fresh berries, granola, shredded coconut, and chia seeds.
