A comprehensive assessment of current and past health conditions. Evaluation of body systems and their current level of function. Assessment of your long and short-term health goals along with current dietary, environmental and lifestyle practices. Provide a hard copy of your wellness plan, generic whole foods meal plan and recipes, assessment and report blood pathologies (where applicable).
