Bloat and Behold is a relaxed and practical 2-hour workshop designed to help you tune in to what your gut is really trying to tell you.

Hosted by Allison (aka your go-to for guts, stress and sleep!), this session is all about understanding the basics of digestion, recognising the signs of a healthy vs unhappy gut, and learning simple ways to support your digestion day to day—without overhauling your whole life.
