‘LET’S BE REAL LIFESTYLE CHALLENGE’

This challenge is all about you! Real food, real movement and real life. We are tied of the one size fits all approach to health and fitness! We want you to understand the importance of nutrition and exercise for your body and your lifestyle.

LET’S BE REAL LIFESTYLE CHALLENGE is a cost-effective way to get programs and information from trained health and fitness coaches plus have the support and motivation of the LET’ BE REAL community!

During the 4 weeks you’ll be working closely with Allison Faulkner – Adv Dip Naturopathy, Nutritional & Western Herbal Medicine and Suzie Lubuska – Personal Trainer, Strength and Movement coach.

During the 4 weeks LET’S BE REAL LIFESTYLE CHALLENGE, you’ll receive:

1 x 30min 1:1 session with Suzie
1 x 15min 1:1 session with Allison
Simple Tailored Meal Planning
All recipes associated with the meal plan
Unlimited membership at Wonder Women Workshops AUS for the duration of the challenge.
Access to Wodify, Fitness software to track you progress)
Members only Closed Facebook Group
Weekly Recipes
Weekly Fitness/Training tips
Face to face support and online support from Allison and Suzie
